In 1996 Rose modeled for the cover of a tribute album to Henry Manicini. She appeared as a femme fatale, holding a gun.

Rose was also a child model in Italy in the 1970s, modeling for
Vogue Bambini and other children's fashion magazines. Because of her (then) androgynous looks, she posed as a boy. Unfortunately these issues and pictures are incredibly rare and very hard to come by these days.
