Rose McGowan isn’t one of those waist watchers who shuns sugar.
“I eat Jolly Ranchers,” the actress, 35, tells me of her diet. “A lot of them. It works out very well for me. I once thought I shouldn’t eat sugar, but then I realize I could eat it and have whatever I wanted.”
She gets her bod in shape through flight training with trainer Inez Cabellero.
“I do a lot of spinning, kicks, backflips, front flips,” she says.
“Liz Taylor,” she says. “She’s classic. She set the standard. She’s beyond amazing. And what an actress.”
Rose posted on her Twitter saying that her F-16 fighter pilot brother is leaving for Afghanistan. Her entry was accompanied by this lovely picture on the right.
Just heard my beautiful baby brother is going to Afghanistan on Mon. He’s an F-16 fighter pilot. My heart is racing & my stomach hurts.
You are all so kind and sweet with your well wishes. Brought tears to my eyes. I’ve emailed him & told him about your kindness. Bless
We would like to take a moment to wish a swift and safe return home for Rose’s brother!
Today I’ve updated with scans from two of Rose’s magazine features dating back to 1998; Details and Bikini. Both of these pictorials are incredibly gorgeous and the Bikini interview is one of my old favorites – you can also read it in our library. I have also replaced the 2007 Blackbook scans with higher quality versions. Enjoy!

I am currently working on catching up on some old scans so expect big magazine scan updates these coming days. I started by adding scans of Rose’s features from 2002, including Elle and Cosmopolitan magazines. I also scanned a couple of other little clippings from various years. View all new additions here.

Check out The Multi-Hyphenate, a fabulously funny short film that made my day! It is about Anna Faris facing Hollywood cost-cutting and features a cameo by none other than Rose McGowan! The film was written and directed by Kirsten Smith and produced by Francesca Silvestri and Kevin Chinoy of Freestyle.
Update: Screencaps are now available in the gallery!
