Rose McGowan was in New York today for the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Fall 2011 collections. Our girl was super busy, hopping around to four different events. She changed for all and looked gorgeous at each designer collection. Also a few days earlier Rose attended a Brian Atwood Launch Party and was spotted at LAX. Find pictures from all of these in the gallery.

Rose McGowan confirmed to us that she is indeed taking part in Rosewood Lane. The movie follows a talk show psychiatrist who moves back to her childhood home following the death of her father, only to engage in a game of cat-and-mouse with a sinister paperboy who targeted her father. She tells us it is more of a thriller than a horror. Rose also tweeted and said the project is to start filming in March!
Furthermore here are some quotes regarding the project from the creators:
“Rosewood Lane has been a pet project of mine for years now and what I have always regarded as one of my most terrifying stories. To see it finally come to life is wonderful.” – Victor Salva
“Rose fully embodies the lead character and with her strong cult following I can see audiences as they enjoy watching the horrific experiences her character goes through.” – Phillip B Goldfine
Last but not least, Rose sent out another tweet message today that said “Can’t wait to film with Ice-T!” regarding SVU.

How does Grindhouse star Rose McGowan manage to stay out of the tabloids? By doing her table-dancing out of the country and away from the paparazzi, thank you very much: “The last time I danced on a table I was in Colombia in a drug den with a bunch of crazy arms dealers and drug dealers,” she casually volunteered last night at the Lion, at a party for Brian Atwood’s new shoe line, B Brian Atwood. “I went there to buy some emerald earrings, and that’s where the best ones are.” They’re very pretty, we told her. But please tell us more about the drug dealers.
“I was not aware that they were drug dealers at the time,” she said. “I was going up to them and asking if they were gay and if they’d like to sleep with my male friend. They were not gay, and apparently that’s very frowned upon in that culture. It was about to get me shot. I had a bodyguard. But anyway, I stay out of trouble because I don’t do stuff.” Except stuff like dancing on tables in Colombian drug dens? “Correct,” McGowan told us. “I wasn’t aware that it was a drug den, so I was innocent. I just love dancing. But the thing is, if I danced on a table here, I would be Tara Reid or Lindsay Lohan.”

Screen Daily is reporting that Victor Salva will direct Rose McGowan in Voltage horror Rosewood Lane. Rose will star in the Jeepers Creepers director’s new nightmare which Voltage is financing and introducing to EFM buyers this week. Here’s more details regarding the project, courtesy of Shock Till You Drop circa 2009:
You now have a new place to fear: Rosewood Lane.
Victor Salva with write and direct the horror-thriller beginning early next year. He’ll co-produce with Don E. FauntLeRoy.
Gina Phillips [perhaps now Rose's role?] leads the cast as a radio talk show therapist who moves back to her childhood home when her alcoholic father dies. But upon arrival, she discovers the neighborhood is terrified of the local paperboy.
She thinks this is ridiculous, until she encounters the boy himself, and learns the hard way, that he is a cunning and dangerous sociopath, who may have killed her father and even others. When he starts to exhibit abnormal abilities, she starts to doubt her own sanity and the boy begins waging a war of terror on her.

NBC’s Law & Order: SVU has conjured up one wicked guest star for an upcoming spring episode. Former Charmed witch Rose McGowan, who played the bewitching Paige on the long-running WB hit, has been cast as another kind of temptress.
“Our episode is called Bombshell and Rose McGowan is the ultimate bombshell,” SVU executive producer Neal Baer told me this past weekend at the Writer’s Guild Awards. “Rose plays a grifter named Cassandra who strikes swinging men who frequent sex clubs. And we’re very excited to have her.”
The 37-year-old beauty, once engaged to rocker Marilyn Manson, is no stranger to flirting with the dark side, having appeared in such films as Scream, The Black Dahlia, and the Death Proof segment of Grindhouse. Later this year she will be seen as the female lead in a Conan the Barbarian remake, which will spin her character off as the lead in Red Sonja.
Rose’s SVU episode will also guest star Sons of Anarchy’s Ryan Hurst, who previously recurred on Medium.
