I have some shocking and devastatingly sad news to report today. Actress Brittany Murphy died of cardiac arrest early Sunday morning, according to reports. She was just 32-years old. It seems that Rose was friends with Brittany as they’ve been pictured hugging at various events. To pay tribute to Brittany, I’ve updated the gallery with photos of the two gorgeous ladies.

“Brittany was like champagne – sparkly & bubbly. Whenever I saw her, it was always laughter. Thankfully, her laugh will forever be preserved on film.” – Rose McGowan

Rest in peace, Brittany. You will be dearly missed!

Apologies for the lack in updates as of recent. We’ve been out of town and hence unable to update the site. In the past few weeks Miss McGowan has been attending several events. We’ve managed to upload a bunch of photos for you to view.

For the 14th Annual GQ “Men of the Year” Party Rose wore a blue Miu Miu bustier dress. Rose gave us the va-va-voom at MOCA New 30th Anniversary Gala, wearing a divine red Donna Karan Pre-Fall 2009 gown. This definitely marks one of my favorite recent McGowan looks! Finally, for the Prada Book Launch Cocktail Rose wore a short white number.

Which one of these looks is your favorite? Let us know in the comments!

Lady Rose is currently in Rome for the 4th Annual Rome Film Festival as you might know if you follow her on twitter. And last night Rose attended the premiere for The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus which stars Johnny Depp and the late Heath Ledger. Rose commanded the red carpet looking ravishing in a fuchsia color gown by Dolce & Gabbana. Absolutely radiant! I’ve added 63 photos to the gallery with thanks to Mariana for her contributions!

A mix of young designers, artists and social types hit the Paperball benefit for New York’s Museum of Art and Design on Wednesday evening, including Rogan Gregory, Chris Benz, Robert Geller, Terence Koh, Fabiola Beracasa, Lorenzo Martone and Peter Davis.

Host, Rose McGowan, was in town from Iowa, where she’s filming a movie, Dylan’s Wake, with Nick Stahl and Amy Smart. “I play a crackhead,” she explained. “It’s really hard core and heartbreaking. And the ugliest clothes ever. So to come here and wear vintage Bill Blass is a nice change.”

Rose McGowan looked drop dead gorgeous whilst attending and co-hosting the 2009 MAD Paperball Gala, held yesterday in New York City. She wore a short black skirt, a striking red top with gorgeous bow detailing and red lippy with sexy heels and a silver clutch. Her hair was on Old Hollywood style waves. My favorite McGowan look of 2009 for sure! Rose posed for the cameras together with Bryan Batt aka Mad Men‘s Salvatore Romano.
