The gorgeous Rose McGowan stepped out at last night’s world premiere of the new Kristen Bell comedy, When In Rome. Rose wore a shortened Valentino Spring 2010 frill trimmed ensemble. Chloë Sevigny recently wore the runway version of this rose colored dress to the 67th Annual Golden Globe Awards. Ms. McGowan polished off her look with a cuff on her right wrist, sweet pink lipstick and a clutch in hand.
