Rose McGowan looked drop dead gorgeous whilst attending and co-hosting the 2009 MAD Paperball Gala, held yesterday in New York City. She wore a short black skirt, a striking red top with gorgeous bow detailing and red lippy with sexy heels and a silver clutch. Her hair was on Old Hollywood style waves.
