"I just finished my first piece for RSA Black Dog, which is Ridley Scott's commercial music video company. I directed a 20-minute short with amazing actors. It was a really amazing project to do, and I felt really comfortable doing it, more so than I ever have acting."

MTV spoke with comic book legend Frank Miller about Sin City 2, the sequel to the feature film adaptation of his graphic novel that he co-directed with Robert Rodriguez.

The project will focus mainly on Miller’s A Dame to Kill For storyline, with Angelina Jolie, Salma Hayek and Rose McGowan being the rumored frontrunners to play the titular dame. And since it’s largely a prequel, Sin City 2 will also include some characters who died in the first film.

“It jumps around a bit,” Miller advised MTV, “but mostly it’s one story, incorporating some short stories that weave in and out of that.”

In addition to “A Dame to Kill For,” Miller revealed that his Blue Eyes short story might also be included in the sequel, as well as a new original story focusing on stripper Nancy (Jessica Alba) after Det. Hartigan’s (Bruce Willis) death.

Miller said, “Yeah, there will be surprises, but they wouldn’t be surprises if I told you, would they?”
